10 jl accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO Online, BPI Online, UnionBank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). Minimum deposit is ₱500 unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion.

Withdrawals are processed to verified Philippine payment accounts only. The name on the receiving account must match the name registered on your 10 jl account exactly. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

• Bets placed on events after they have started or concluded will be voided if the platform determines this occurred due to a system delay

• Parlay/accumulator bets require all selections to win. A void selection reduces the parlay accordingly based on the platform's accumulator void rules

10 jl reserves the right to limit bet sizes, restrict access to certain markets, or close accounts suspected of match-fixing, insider information, or professional gambling fraud without prior notice.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 10 jl and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and possible reporting to relevant authorities:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account
• Providing false identity information during registration or verification
• Using bots, automated betting software, scripts, or any technology designed to gain an unfair advantage
• Colluding with other players in card games or other multi-player formats
• Engaging in money laundering or any activity that violates anti-money laundering (AML) regulations
• Exploiting software bugs or platform errors to gain an advantage — any winnings from such exploitation will be voided
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or interfere with any part of the 10 jl platform
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or 10 jl staff members
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other technology to disguise your location or bypass geographic restrictions

All content on 10 jl — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, text, interface design, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of 10 jl or its licensed content providers. These materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, publish, sell, license, or create derivative works from any content on 10 jl without prior written permission. Any unauthorised use of the platform's intellectual property will be pursued to the full extent of the law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 10 jl shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the platform. This includes but is not limited to losses arising from betting decisions, technical interruptions, data loss, or unauthorised account access.

10 jl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision in these Terms and Conditions

• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity
• Requests from law enforcement or regulatory authorities

In the event of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, 10 jl reserves the right to forfeit any pending bonuses and bonus-derived winnings. Real-money balances that were not derived from bonus abuse will be returned to the player's registered payment method after a review period, unless subject to a legal hold.
